AAV Vacation Planner
Our AAV Vacation Planner offers cars, hotels and activities (theatre tickets, sightseeing, golf, themed park passes and many others) in the most popular destinations. It all allows you to “build your own” customized vacation and we will get you the best values on the package you have built. Destinations covered include Hawaii, the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, Florida, California, Las Vegas and Reno, major ski resorts throughout North America and most major U.S. cities.
Advantages: The AAV Vacation Planner enables you to book all of the activities you select in advance, at attractive prices. You can also earn AADVANTAGE miles or use your existing miles to purchase the package you have designed. Once you are done, we put together the pieces you have selected and stand behind the vacation experience. We will even give you a toll-free number you can use to call us if you have any problems while traveling.
Limitations: In order for us to make your arrangements and to get the values that we pass along, we need you to book your vacation at least five days before your expected departure – also, although we offer nearly 1,500 hotels from which you may choose, our AAV Vacation Planner hotel partners tend to be limited to major resort areas or cities. If your destination is not one of those, the AAV Car/Hotel Planner may meet your needs.
AAV Car/Hotel Planner
The AAV Car/Hotel Planner offers over 40,000 hotels and is the tool we use to be certain we can satisfy all of your travel planning needs.
Advantages: With 40,000 hotels, the AAV Car/Hotel Planner offers you outstanding values on accommodations virtually everywhere you might wish to go. Also, rooms and cars can be booked at the last minute – right up to the day of departure.
Another major plus is that the AAV Car/Hotel Planner also allows you to use any discounts that a hotel or car rental company offers you, such as a corporate discount rate.
Limitations: The AAV Car/Hotel Planner offers no activities or features – just car rentals and hotels. It also does not permit you to redeem your AADVANTAGE frequent flyer miles. In fact, most AAV Hotel Planner reservations call for you to pay the hotel directly upon checkout.
The Net SAAver Rates do involve payment at the time of booking and we pass that payment on to your chosen hotel on your behalf. Note that, because of that process and because the Net SAAver Rates offer special value-priced rates, these reservations are non-refundable. |
